Unable to Access FocalWorld

It seems like our Server Host had gotten everything corrected last Thursday with the issues of getting blocked logging into FocalWorld.

But, I got a call today from someone who was not able to get FocalWorld to load up. So if you are getting that White Screen with the can not access FocalWorld, please make a post in here.

Please add your location and time (with Date Zone).

Hi Jim,

I'm not getting the white screen, what I'm seeing is the forum doesn't load a new page when I click a link. For example I'll click the Envelope icon to access the conversations, I will see the orange graphic indicating it's accessing the forum, but the conversation dropdown never shows.

It isn't eventually timing out like before? When I had the issue it would time out and go to a white screen.

The white screen with a message is called a 404 page.

We are having lot's of Server issues, I noticed them starting about 11:45pm PST. I apologize.

I am trying to contact the techs there to find out where their problem is, but have not heard back yet.
