I just updated CC last night, the autoupdate was off so I had missed a few. The big change was that the toolbars are not very small. I use a dual monitor and keep the tool bars on my smaller 1680x1050 display.
I tried preferences>text>200% which is the recommendation you get from a Google search. Multiple respondents say it does not work though.
It worked fine before the update.
