The Waves of Winter plus Edit

I am an absolute sucker for hanging out watching waves along the Oregon coast during the winter months when the Pacific is churning with activity from storms. This is a nice example of a captivating set of waves during an early February visit to Harris Beach State Park.

Nice wave action and framing of the scene with the rocks. The reflection in the wet sand is a nice touch.

Thanks Jim - the blues in the water were driving me nuts and I did yank them back quite a bit in Lightroom but agree they were still overpowering. I dialed them back more with layer masking in Photoshop with a new version above.

Thanks Aaron - Harris Beach is my favorite park in Oregon and I used to spend a lot of time there when I still had an RV.
