I was camping with the family at Lake Mohave a few months ago. I was cooking dinner when I saw the Sun going down and the colors starting to change. I gave my wife the spatula and told her I'd be back in 30 mins.

This was my grab from the 60 mins I was gone. lol.

That's nice you got some wave action here, what an interesting tree. For sure worth ducking out on cooking for a bit.

Oh, I think I would crop a bit off the bottom. The reason would be to lose that white water in the lower left corner. I think it pulls the eye away from the incoming rush.

Thanks, and absolutely correct. If I ever print, I'll probably convert to 16:9 ratio, so I can get rid of corner white water.

Nice interesting place, Ryan, and I hope the dinner wasn't cold by the time you got back! I love the view you have captured of the pebbles through the water and agree about the crop - perhaps to the pebbles seen at the base of the wave to the right hand corner?
