I took this from our balcony in August, 2018, at the tail end of this rather dramatic thunderstorm. I have tried to retain the colors and ambiance of the scene as it really was - there was a diffused pinkish-orange hue on everything (the sun setting behind and to the right). The remarkable thing about this storm was the thunder towards the end which wasn't rolling out or echoing, but "dropping" with loud dull shots - imagine someone dropping bowling balls upstairs. Never heard something like it. I love storms! Any comments on how I might treat this scene differently are welcome! (Or perhaps I could post it in the Critique forum...)
