Flower flies, Fairy or Potter Wasps, Wasps, take your pick, I made an error with my sugar spray, sprayed too big an area but the experiment worked and attracted dozens of what at first I thought were baby Wasps, looking it up surprised me, the variety worldwide is amazing, Tomorrow I will endeavor to improve on today's badly focussed attempts.
