I Went down to the inlet again trying to get the money shot on Ospreys diving. Of course there were Plenty of dives but not always in the best spots for shooting. Got a little wet with the waves hitting the pier and that Bugged me out a little with the camera but I got over it. Came away with some nice shots but still looking for that perfect one.

that middle one got a little wonky and I'm not sure 100% of why. I think it may have been do to the IS not licking my jerking motion trying to keep up with the dive.

That second image in mid dive is amazing and the rest of the set here as well. Not sure what the "wonky" part was since the image as presented here is a great one. I would sure hate to be at the receiving end of those outstretched claws.

Wow Joe! You really nailed these! Great images for sure, and you caught that dive perfectly.

What's your fps while shooting these? Like in this sequence, how many photos did you have in total?

thank you Alan, I agree those Talons look dang scary!!! Wonky, when I zoom in the focus got very weird.
Great images here, Joe. That second one could be superman in disguise. I sure would not like to be on the receiving end of that dive.
Thank you Douglas, the fish was very lucky on that strick.

thank you for the kind words Jim. Now don't be disappointed but it wasn't a direct sequence. I put them in that order because it would have been if i were to be that good. My camera shoots at 20 frames a second, three seperate dives so somewhere about 70-80shots to get these three.
