The Crooked Path

Spring time is a fun time in Yosemite. Besides all of the flowers blooming, there are the meadows that have water in them that don't normally have water. It makes for fun reflections. And in this case, there is a bit of a hidden reflection that I purposely placed where I did, moving more to the right it would disappear. A small detail, but one that I liked.

great comp., love the little waterfall reflection in the lake and the flooded pathway. i bet you were in heaven cause it's almost like a hot tub, just minus the hot and the tub.

Ha ha.... thanks.... Yep, I am guessing it's not too hot.

Yeah, I loved the composition when I saw it. This is actually just a little meadow area that's flooded. It's maybe 50 feet wide by about 300 to 400 feet long. Which now that almost sounds like a lake. But it's not all that big.
