The Art of Long Exposure

Jim asked me to share the details for this here too, in the event that anyone else is in the Atlanta area. For the past 8 months I have been doing Guest Speaking Engagements, sharing my love of Long Exposure Photography. On September the 8th, I will be presenting at the Southeastern Photographic Society, one of the largest most active groups in the SE. If you are local, or in the area...maybe you can join me.

For anyone in the Atlanta area, I want to encourage you to go listen to Travis speak and cheer him on! Knowing Travis, it will be a very informational talk.

Nothing related to your event, but more about the picture posted here. That small strip of darker water on the horizon keeps me wanting to think its a giant tidal wave off in the distant coming to wipe out the coast. Then I realized it's where the bubbly white water ends. Just makes it look like a wall of water is coming. lol

LOL...I had not seen it that way, and now I can't see it any other way! It is just that portion where there were no waves breaking, so no white water.
