"Terminus" - Glacier National Park, Montana

Many thanks to Jim for inviting me to join his newest venture. I'm looking forward to participating as much as I can here.

Here is a hidden gem I came across while hiking in the mountains of Glacier National Park, in Montana, earlier this summer. As photographed of a place as Glacier Park is (and rightly so), it was refreshing to come away with something quite different from here. This snow cave was approximately 250ft long, and 8-10 ft high in places! Inherently dangerous, but I couldn't resist the natural architectural beauty on display here.
Thanks for looking!

<picking jaw up from desktop> Whoa. Definitely not a scene I have seen from Glacier before. Looks like a pretty wet place to be shooting given the streams coming off the ceiling.

Beautiful.

Hey Zack,

Welcome to FocalWorld! It's really great to have you here, you will be a wonderful asset!

And what a shot to kick it off! A totally different, maybe even one of a kind shot. As Alan said, I have never seen anything like this from Glacier.
