Swiftcurrent Fall

I have recently been reworking some archive captures with difficult lighting to see what I can tease out of them using current generation software. This is one such specimen from a fall visit to the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park featuring Swiftcurrent creek. Shot from the trail leading towards Redrock Lake. I have posted a version of this scene before but never really liked the result with this backlit scene.

Thanks Jameel - no to a linear profile. I used DxO PhotoLab7 as a preprocessing step for both denoise (it has PureRAW 3.7 built in) as well as light corrections before finishing using LR and PS.

Thanks Jim - I wouldn't mind getting back up there myself although the last time I was near this trail in 2018 the number of visitors in mid September had skyrocketed compared to previous years even in the middle of the week.
