Sunrise view from Black Canyon

This is looking away from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison around sunrise. I am not sure what mountain range this is - perhaps some of the folks here from CO can identify it.

That's a great image Jameel. I have captured that same exact view. If I recall, the mountain in the middle is Bald Mountain, and the mountain range behind it is the Elk Range. But I am not 100% sure on that. We need @Amy Nelson to tell us what they are for sure.

If this is looking west from the canyon wouldn't the most distant peaks be the backside of the La Sals?

This is likely more north than west i think.
