You actually have some interesting clouds in the second image that certainly resemble a downpour out over the open water. I like the stormy looks to that image and the less than calm swell activity. The first image reflects an almost opposite mood with the smooth waters and the long shutter open. Both do a good job of conveying the distinct moods.
