Sun Showers in the Owens

The Owens Valley, that is, in eastern CA. This was my first day out on a 5 day photo journey last week. Location is along Pine Creek Road, a tad north of Bishop. I was looking for the iris blooms, and when I found them, the rest was a bonus.

Nice Jeffrey! I especially enjoy that the main cluster of irises matches up with Mt. Tom, and the balance that the dark cloud strikes with the mountain.

I like this a lot love the little white flowers, the lighting on the mountains and the storm passing by! Beautiful!
