Very moody, digital! I like the natural lines you've got via comp and the left to right flow of viewing.

Horizon looks *slightly* off with the clockwise lean.

This has a dark mood to it which fits the storm theme nicely. The clouds look ominous with the B&W. Ocean shots leave an unmistakable fingerprint for level and I do have to agree with the comments above about a slight tilt to the right.
