St John's Wort macro

A first attempt at macro focus stacking. I sometimes focus stack landscapes but this is about a dozen images so a few more than normal three. I used a Tamron 24-70 @24mm so not the usual lens for macros but it worked fairly well. Ken

Jim I used the trial version of Helicon Focus. I tried using Photoshop but it didn't make a good job of it although it works well when focus stacking landscape images. Ken

Wow, very nice. Excellent details and lovely colors. I used Helicon Focus too, but I've given up on focus stacking for now. Too much work correcting OOF areas (where they should have been in focus because a given area in one of the stacks had good focus).
