Spring Fishing has started

I like the light and the reflections in both of these with the calm waters. The second image has some good color but the first one keep my eyes entertained a bit more as a scene.

What is that white building in the background? A hotel?

Both of these are nice, I would think it might be a bit chilly for fishing. The color is great in #1, but I sure like the simplicity of the the dock and the reflections in #2.

A restaurant, Probably the largest in the area but certainly in the village. If you think this looks chilly, and it is everyone fishing is in a parka, look at the next lake down river taken the next day and see where the upper lakes ice went

Wow Tim! Now that's some really cool ice. I had hoped to get up to Minnesota and Wisconsin in the winter time because I wanted to photograph pushed up ice like that.

You should see if you can work some sunset photos with that ice. Any place you can shoot it from the ground? Or maybe fly the drone lower to the water at sunset?
