Spent a day in the Mt Rainier NP earlier this week. The mountain refused to see me at sunrise. You take what Mother Nature offers you. There was just one other poor soul at Reflection Lakes for about 45 minutes I was there.

You certainly made the best of the situation. The reflections are softer, but nicely juxtaposed against the crisp evergreens!
