Sony a9 Thread

While not likely to be a body that a lot use yet...given how new it is, and the price to play...I thought I would kick this thread off too...having just acquired an a9 for my sports/portrait work, I have only taken it out once on a landscape shoot just to start to learn it. Like the other thread, this is likely to be more of a discussion thread, with pictures shared to compliment discussion.

I'm holding out for an A7r3 or A9r. In the meantime, my speed demon for wildlife is the A6500.

I was hoping that they would announce something soon...but the reality is I needed something that could do sports and action...I have two motorsports events coming up and didn't want to miss out on them. An A7rIII or an a9r will likely be really high resolution, and not have the frame rate, so the a9 fit the bill for me. it compliments the a7rII really nicely, they make a good pairing.
