Some Morning Color Over Mt. Hood

Got a chance to catch a bit of morning color behind Mt. Hood as seen from NW Vancouver Thursday morning. Not quite a nuclear interplanetary display but worth shooting nonetheless.

Edit: I should have added that this is a 2 panel panorama shot with the telephoto lens on my Mavic 3 drone.

That’s a decent sunrise, Alan. The fog blow the tree line adds some mystery.

The sunrise doesn’t have to go nuclear to be interesting. This is a good example of that.

Thanks Jameel - this is one case where the telephoto lens on my drone really makes a difference. The wide view had a lot of empty sky about the ones glowing magenta in this frame.
