The Forest Service has announced the reopening of several trails in the Columbia River Gorge that have been closed due to the Eagle Creek Fire in 2017.

Not clear from this whether the trailhead parking at Wahkeena Falls has reopened even though the trail from Multnomah Falls to Wahkeena is now open. Last time I drove along the Historic highway all of the parking areas and pullouts were barricaded with concrete Jersey blocks.
There are warnings about possible landslides and falling rocks when it's raining which pretty much describes the next few weeks.

hopefully there is parking at the trailhead, but even if there isn’t just getting the trail opened is a big first step.
