Seaside & Cannon Beach Sunsets

Stayed in the north Oregon Coast over Thanksgiving weekend. Experienced much rain and wind but on two evenings weather cleared and cooperated to a large degree.

Nice skies for both of these. I like the second one with the clouds over the mountains looking back at Cannon Beach from Ecola Park.

I just went through there last week and had next to nothing for clouds except for the marine layer that was invisible until it killed the sky colors.

Hey Michael,

This is sure nice! I like the clouds in #2, but the sky and the rippled reflection in #1 is just awesome! So #1 is my favorite.

Very nice pair, Michael! It's always worth waiting out the weather in this region as the rewards will come, however fleetingly!

Sweet light. The second is also my favorite and it would look even better to me in a more panoramic crop (cropping some of the bottom out).
