If he actually needs the wheelchair he is sitting in I doubt he will be using the scooters much. Nice street shot.

I am doubting he needs it.

Did you catch the Open 24 Hours sign at the top? I thought that was a cool touch that I made sure to keep in the composition as it was about 10pm at night when I captured this.

I was so focused on the dude I really didn't look up at the sign. It seemed like a perfectly natural element in the scene and didn't really pull my eyes up from the scene down in front.

That's actually good. Its not always possible but I like when there are subtle easter eggs in an image for Street Photography.

I like the B&W here, hes lost in thought and the sign just hanging at the top of the frame brings interest into the frame, nice touch
