Round-lobed Hepatica

I have been going back into my archives of springtime flowers and making them better. This is one of the first flowers to appear in the spring in the Midwest. These flowers are the size of your little finger. Reviewing these older images is like reliving the past as I reminisce about the conditions I experienced while I made these images. It keeps me sane.

Thank you so much, Pepper. There are many flowers which have little hairs. There is even a botanical name for it. If you see "hoary" in the name of the flower it indicates it has little hairs.
