Resource Limit Reached - 2019/08/31

Several people have been getting the Resource Limit Reached error. So far it seems to be happening with our Friday's Focus thread which has a lot more photos in it.

The last time this happened we had been experiencing a Bot attack from China, but this time that doesn't appear to be the case. The technicians at the Server Host are currently looking into it, but so far there doesn't seem to be a cause that is easily seen.

If for some reason you totally can't login, make sure you email me or if you have my phone # call or text. I say this because just in case the Technicians start blocking some IP addresses and they accidently block one of you guys. jimfox@hotmail.com

One note to add. When the page doesn't load all of the photos correctly, resist the temptation to spam the refresh key to update the photos. Try it once or twice, if they aren't loading just come back later.

In trying to diagnose what's causing the lack or Resources, the spamming of the Refresh key to reload that page shows up in the logs. A couple of people it looks like were almost holding down the refresh key as they have like 1000 hits to the Friday's Focus thread.

So by hitting refresh constantly, it also will slow the forum down, and also fill up the logs with clutter making it harder to diagnose.
