Reflections Rising

I'm setup to get just one composition, because I just wanted to chill and enjoy the scene. There are several beaches in Laguna with these man made pools built right into the rocks, (built in the 1930s), but this is probably the best one, in my opinion. This particular beach has about 3-4 pools, but it's kind of secluded and only accessible during low tides.

So, this guy and two girls show up. They start their own shoot around the pool. I don't really care because I already got many frames without them in it. Let's just say, this is the "clean" version of the images I got.

Looks like you had a great location for the sunset until the reflective subject got transformed. Nice way to make lemonade out of the situation.

If we ever create a Serendipity forum I have some candidate images that could go along with this one.

That's neat Ryan, I never knew about those pools when I lived in SoCal. Is she wearing anything?

Very nice Ryan, looks like she is telling the wave to rise up! :)
Thanks. I didn't really see it that way, but yeah.

In this picture, yes. She is fully clothed in the slinkiest of g-string bikini, (both top and bottom).

Hey Ryan,

This is pretty nice. So you got some wave splashing against the one side, that's what I was wondering about as I would want more then just a reflection pool I think.

As for the girl, without you personally directing her where to stand and how, this turned out very well. Her position and pose adds an element of interest into the image. I think your choice of the Landscape forum is good, the landscape is the dominant feature here. The girl is a part of it for sure, and had you put this into the People forum that would have worked also.

Where would the sun have been in this had there not been clouds?

Well.... I changed the title for this for Ryan. He did tell me to change it, though he has no idea what I would change it too... :D
