Reflecting on a SoCal Christmas

I have an annual pass to Knotts Berry Farm and was there the other day. I liked how the Christmas contrasted with the palm trees and reflected in the pool.

For many years I considered cacti and palm trees to be a normal way to think of Christmas and considered all the focus on evergreens and snow to be the aberration. I thought ornaments dangling from manzanita branches was normal

Jim, my dad called these tall skinny bushes.  Thats a nice reflection.
