Beautiful... Yes, light is already changing, we already have red leaves here in Quebec... Begin to feel we have to hit the road toward Arizona...

Thanks Rick - don't be too hasty to pull the trigger for AZ. It's still rather toasty down there according to my sister in Tempe.

Nice one, Alan. I am hoping for fall to come soon too.
Thanks Doug - I am presuming that even with your elevation advantage over Phoenix its still uncomfortable in your area.

Sweet one Alan. It won't be long now.....
Thanks Jeffrey - I will be grateful for central air conditioning in the meantime :)

You are correct, Alan. It has been 105 degrees, so I am staying inside.

Oh man Alan!!! Don't be wishing for fall yet! There are still so many wildflowers to be discovered and photographed!

Count me as 100% not ready for fall.

I was thinking that this would be your response for this wish on my part :) Late summer up here this is the season of dusty, dry, low flow waterfalls, wildfire smoke, and extreme mosquito season up in the forests. Fortunately this part won't stick around but we currently have triple digit temps stretching from out along the coast up into and east of the Cascades.

Not at all like high elevation scenery in the Rockies in late summer but being there is not an option on the table for me for now. Enjoy the views while you are there :)
