Rainier Wildflowers

In keeping along Jim's threads on a lack of summer at Rainier I have one of a nice set of wildflowers along Edith Creek just above Paradise Lodge - in mid September when they are getting ready to shut down the lodge for the winter.

They really do have a summer but it overlaps fall

Just off the edge of it. People walking on the bridge make it shake too much.

This is very cool Alan. That is a neat creek and decorated still with wildflowers in Sept, and having Mt Rainier appearing to be peaking over the ridge to keep an eye on you all adds to an interesting shot.

I have some shots from there too, but I don't think I ever processed them, now you have me thinking I need to go do more archive diving!
