Nice Martin. One of my favorite Olympic Peninsula places to shoot. Not an easy target when there is direct sunlight since these are very dark woods. I have been lucky to have encountered either clouds or light rain on each of my visits to that locale so not as wide a dynamic range as what you show in this image. You did get some nice backlighting on the moss.
That is one dense forest.

Love those rays of light coming through! I don't have many shots like that, so I always appreciate it when someone can capture that.
I think I would crop some of the busyness off the bottom. You wouldn't need to crop much to help let the eyes focus on those beams.

Thanks Guys! It was the rays coming into the trees, from a break in the clouds, that attracted me to look into these tress and drew me into the shot. The Rain Forest on the Olympic Peninsula are awesome places, particularly the quieter and lesser-known areas where there is a peaceful tranquility that enables one to commune with nature.
