Wow - the leaves really look like they are just getting started in the first image. Too bad about the winds. That last shot is an interesting one with the OOF leaves and the sharp moon. Would have been a great candidate for a focus stack.

Nice work on these Carlo, it's great to get a glimpse into your fall! My favorites are #4 as I like how you isolated that tree, and then #5. I like how you got the moon with the leaves in it.

Alan, I actually have a second picture with the moon OOF and the leaves in focus, but I liked this one better than the other or a combination where everything in in focus.

You are right about some trees looking like the color is just starting, but a good part of them is already bare. That's because we have a good mix of different tree species. But those who are late don't get as brilliant colors, more dark tones, so are not as photogenic

I think #4 really exemplifies your title. The sparsely leaved tree is the punctuation
