Am curious what this little guy is exactly. The gray is throwing me off. Thanks!

An Aplomado Falcon? You are a bit north for the usual range with this ID but that's the only one in my old copy of Peterson's Field Guide with these facial markings. The white above the eyes is not present on a Peregrin Falcon.
