Looks like a nice inexpensive place to grab a bite...... or not. I like the way you framed the view in the second image to mask the sun glare.

Short of a food cart I'm not sure there is a cheap place to eat in that part of San Diego

I ordered 2 Mahi-Mahi Tacos and Calamari and paid $28...I'd say it's not cheap.
