Pink but no Barbie

It's pretty cool when the clouds change to that color pink, especially when you have been getting so many orange skies because of the smoke.

Thanks Jim - orange seems to have preempted pinks and magenta for now. I have trouble getting excited about shooting sunrises and sunsets when I can't even see the mountains shown in the scene above.

BTW - Barbie is going to be on streaming services relatively soon now in case you weren't up for the theater experience.

Thanks - that was one of the better days (both sunrise and sunset) I have had all summer.

I am hoping that some storms coming off the Pacific this week will dislodge the smoke. The actual AQ numbers aren't that bad but today was simply gray - no views of the mountains or the clouds - just a gray blanket.
