So the ground hog prediction is for 6 more weeks of this kind of weather. Quite the bummer given what just showed up in our yard. Shot a couple of hours ago. Apologies to those viewers experiencing actual winter weather

Thanks - this just about right on schedule for when we get crocus blooms down here. The first blooms last year showed up on Feb. 1.

Thanks Trent - yeah it's hard to appreciate these alien specimens amongst the green grass while seeing all the dire news reports from locations east of here. Tough job but somebody has to do it right?

Thanks Jim - I'll settle for rain at my house but we are in desperate need of snow up in the mountains. Our ski resorts are closing 'cuz they don't have enough on the slopes.
