One of my last portraits

I have basically stopped doing portrait work in favor of shooting images without people, (landscape, nature, cities...etc...). This was one of my last portraits I shot about a year ago of the lovely Celeste.

Thank you. Funny thing...I kept my 5D classic for studio portrait work. Even though I have a 6D, I always shot with my 5D. Loved that camera for studio. The sensor renders studio shots so fantastically!

Hey Ryan,

This is a very nice portrait! She has a beautiful face and you handled the lighting well.

I have heard that the Canon 5D is really good for portraits, that it handles face colors very naturally.

I found that inanimate objects don't flake nearly as much as people.

Kind of frustrating too, because I felt I really started mastering my retouching skills. For reference, here is the image straight out of camera.
