Thanks Alan for the comments. I agree the metal handle weathered a lot better that the wooden door!

I agree once I saw the detailsl of the rattler on the door handle I lost enterest in opening the door!

Old doors, especially on churches, can be very interesting; particularly with weathered wood on the door.
