Hey Alan,

These views from Artists Point sure have me wanting to get up there!

I could see a vertical 4:5 format crop here with this shot. Losing that dark shadowed area on the right and most of the blue sky. Some fall foliage would be lost but I think the tighter view would help emphasize that trail more and perhaps look a bit nicer? :)

I agree with Jim that a tighter crop might be better. I'd crank the saturation a bit too, and/or darken the blues - the sky is dull instead of the rich blue normally seen up there. The glaciers are gray instead of white, but you had tough mid day light that makes the clouds so bright that a global brightening would burn them out so I'd work on just the mountain to make it pop more.

Thanks for the comments - I went back to see what this would look like with some of the suggested edits and made an embarrassing discovery: I posted the wrong copy of this image this morning  That will teach me not to make my image edits in one sitting instead of going back and forth to other endeavors. I have posted the original version above which did address Jim Dockery's comments about saturation and the sky colors. Below I present two crop variants that I came up with while I was redoing this scene with the suggested crop and another one I came up with:
