More Kansas oddities....

About 32 miles, as the crow flies anyway, easterly from the Monument Rocks, stands another ancient chalk formation, Castle Rock.
Here are a couple different views, very late afternoon so the light is a bit nicer.

Thanks, Jeffery. I was driving through on the way to Colorado to see my brother and family. He had scored tickets to Crosby, Stills and Nash at Red Rocks!! Awesome concert!
