I was waiting for my food at a small restaurant. I saw a lady at the nearby table so attentive at eating her meal. Camera was on the table. Took a shot.

I saw a lens for 35mm cameras back in the mid 70's that had a periscope like mirror inside to shoot at a 90º angle. The lens had a hole in the side of it and a fake front. Very handy for candid photography since it appeared that you were shooting in a different direction.

The camera was the Sigma DP1. Small, quiet and producing excellent images, especially with color clarity.
