I spent three nights in Melbourne last week on a rather impromptu getaway from the South Island of New Zealand to have a bit of a big-city break before things get busy again this summer. Here are some of my images.
This is a very good collection of B&W architecture images. Hard to pick favorites out of this many images as I like both your subject selections and the processing. Nice work - looks like a productive trip.

Thanks! It was certainly productive in terms of mileage put on my feet--according to my GPS tracker, I walked 20km on my first full day in town (and my tired legs and sore feet confirmed it the next day!). I also managed to acquire a new bit of gear, a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 lens to replace my aged Canon version.
Wow James! I had no idea they had they had so many cool color structures there. Such a photogenic city it looks like. And I like the B&W tone in these new ones. Great job on the capture, that's what I was seeing also.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
