And a very nice image to help out your memory too. This is good light for teasing out the depth and details in the scene.
Thanks Alan, the drive in here was right at my off road limits, and we had this place to ourselves until a German couple hiked in later.

Classic southwest. Nice imaging, Ben.
You can see the Deadhorse Point campground from here, but the view is much different.

Very nice Ben.
Have you walked every square foot up there looking for alternate compositions?

I almost got electrocuted up there once during a heavy thunderstorm. My carbon fiber tripod was buzzing like it was full of bees. Then, being ignorant I would lift it higher and it would really start buzzing, even faster. That was a good lesson for me to not hang out during heavy lightning.

I walked a lot of it. Last trip we tried a different route in to see if there was a better view. But I really liked this view. It sprinkled that night and we were afraid of getting stuck on the way out, but the ground absorbed that water like a sponge and never get bad. I can see how it would however.
