M81/82

The first time I targeted M81/82 was in April of 2022. At that time it was also my first time guiding, polar aligning and plate solving with an Asiair plus. I captured 30x120" subs with a DSLR, stacked with DSS, processed with Siril and Gimp. Here is my most recent attempt with upgraded gear and processing.

Redcat 51, asi533mc pro (gain 101, -10C cooled), Star adventure 2i, Asiair plus, guided, EAF.
Optolong L-pro, Bortle 5, 51x300" subs, Calibration frames; darks, flats, bias, Bortle 5.
Stacked and processed in Pixinisight.

Very nice work John! Bodes looks great, but especially the Cigar galaxy has lots of detail.

It's fun to capture previous objects with new gear!
