I wasn't the only person there, an occasional thumping sound could be heard and later discovered the source, two dudes in a dingy thumping the oars as they came out of the mist.

I am so used to seeing the rockies with snow on the peaks that a bare mountain is strange.

Beautiful, Zeph. I love being there early in the morning - though -21C wasn't to hot the last visit! I really like the mist rising off the water which gives such a serene atmosphere.
