I agree @JimFox . I first shoot with iphone and if the image looks good, I shoot with my DSLR. The big advantage I find with the iphone is DoF. When it is windy, focus stacking on my DSLR is not effective to get a decent DoF.Very cool Murali. That's a fun lake to photograph at.
use my iPhone a lot but I still usually take the same photo with my camera.
What I have found though is that even if you shoot in raw on the iPhone it seems to fall apart quicker if you push it too much in processing compared to a regular camera. Maybe because it has such small pixels?
But again I do like the capabilities of the iPhone camera, and I have switched to where I do all of my video work with my iPhone on a DJI gimbal and not my regular cameras.
Yep, I agree. The DoF on a phone is a great feature.I agree @JimFox . I first shoot with iphone and if the image looks good, I shoot with my DSLR. The big advantage I find with the iphone is DoF. When it is windy, focus stacking on my DSLR is not effective to get a decent DoF.
