Lines & Light

This is from the campus I work at.
The architecture is a mix of a century old Spanish & a blend of newer.
Lot's of opportunties for B&W here.

Taken with my Mamiya 7 on Ektar & converted with Silver Efex

Maybe too busy? There's alot here with the shapes, shadows & reflections.
I've also got a variant cropped square to minimize the sides

Dan - I don't know that it's too busy but there are an incredible number of different lines and light paths to follow in this scene. Kinda fun the way I see it. Color would probably have been too busy but the B&W seems to make it work for me.

Hey Dan, that is some sweet Architecture. I like the choice of B&W in this. There is a feel of it being just a little too busy, and I think it comes from the ceiling. All of those parallel planks just grab my eye. I tried a crop where I cropped some off the top, it cuts off part of the closest arch but if about 2/3rds of the ceiling is cut off, it stops being a distraction and then the cool arches can take over.

Overall it looks really good, you did a great job in terms of the exposure.
