Level Headed

Camped at the Columbia Icefield campground, took a short hike down to one of the creeks that the Wilcox creek feeds into. Wilcox creek flows from, of all places, Wilcox Pass, a popular mountaineering trail.
My hike didn't produce any epic shots but sure had fun.

High-tech Canadian Leveling Technique, the can must be empty for this to work right.

Looks like a really nice place to explore. Impressive peaks. You did have some fun light to play with as well.

Very nice work Zeph, I like #2 a lot has sky around the clouds provided a natural vignette to the scene!

Nice shots of a nice area. I enjoy seeing the textures of the rocks beneath a powdering of snow like this. Interesting technique with the leveling. I imagine the contents of the can might affect the state of emptiness - not sure Labatt's Blue is the deal maker, though!

Martin - The saying goes that the best camera is the one you have with you, likewise the "best" beer, is the one in your hand
