This one is cool Ben! Usually Bodie is photographed under harsh midday light which really reflects bad off of all of that old wood. So this one will be a treat to work on.

Two very nice versions of this scene Eric and Barry. I was hoping to see a couple entries before I posted mine.

Here ya go:

In mine, I went for a B&W conversion at first and was going to do a B&W. But then I changed my mind, not because I didn't like the B&W, but just thought about doing this. :)

I did a technique that I like for the old time look and that's where I use Opacity on a B&W layer and a color layer. In this case I set the Opacity to 63% on the B&W which allowed a small amount of color to seep through. At first thought someone might think, couldn't I just desaturate the color by 63% (or whatever amount) and still come up with the same look? And generally speaking no. Having the B&W as the foundation seems to help keep it's strong tonality while then adding a slight amount of color back into it.

Anyway, it's something I use from time to time.
