Lake Louise Sunrise

A sunrise panorama overlooking Lake Louise in Mt. Rainier National Park. Skies were still a bit on the smoky side from a forest fire burning somewhere else but upwind from Rainier. While the smoke was a bit on the ugly side for shooting Rainier it added some nice color to the sunrise.

More like "what else can I shoot near Reflection Lakes" The forest fire smoke made the usual reflection shots of Rainier kinda nasty looking.

Alan, really like the framing and the light. Have you thought of bringing a little more light into the foreground? I would like to see it lighter than the mid. ground, as a thought. Nice as is though.

Let me play with that one. I actually had to stomp on some of the closest vegetation because it was too distracting but I think I can see an area just beyond that might work with a bit more light. Thnx.

The light might not be right, but the middle tree line a little lighter to contrast against that farther ridge coming in from the left might add some more pop to the depth.
