Interesting Succulent in a Local Garden

While walk around a local garden I spotted this interesting plant all by it's lonesome. So I stopped and grabbed a few shots. I like the result.
I don't know the name of this plant, but found it quite interesting!

Yes, this plant asked to be photographed, it stands out in the photo.. apparently it feels like a jewel in this garden.. it gives such an impression - but it is the merit of the photographer!
